Knitting Retreat
March 5, 2027 @ 8:00 am – March 7, 2027 @ 5:00 pm
Our Knitting retreat is March 5-7, 2027, at Stronghold Center (strongholdcenter.org) in Oregon, Illinois. It is on the lovely Rock River, about an hour due west down Route 64 from the Fox River. We will have exclusive use of the hotel-like Heritage Lodge.
It will be open to members only to start, then non-members after January 1. And, of course, anyone can join the guild to sign up early with the rest of the membership. You can reserve a double room for $225 or a single-occupancy room for $345. Your stay will include 5 meals (they will accommodate dietary restrictions), a fabulous workshop on Saturday (fitting your knits), a demo on Knit Companion, and other fun activities. Or you can easily find a quiet corner to simply relax.
A $100 deposit, payable by credit card online or check in person at a guild meeting. No cash payments accepted. Cancellations will be allowed up to the date of the final payment, which is due February 1.
